With our API Pro integration, TechLink is able to tie into your Work Management System providing a streamlined and time saving process ensuring all work orders are electronically placed and monitored for on-time completion. Mike Mudd

Founder, and CEO

Mike founded Broad Sky Networks in 2004, an early innovator in wireless broadband connectivity. Early success prompted Mike and Carl Gittings to co-found TechLink Services in 2008. This was followed in 2010 by another new venture Stand on Liquid, a dealer, and manufacturer of stand-up paddle boards, which was recently acquired. Mike readily admits to now being a serial entrepreneur as well as an early investor in start-ups in the thriving Tech Community in Bend, Oregon. Surfing, snowboarding and his family keep him occupied when he’s not busy taking care of TechLink’s clients.

David Edwards

President

David has spent his entire career in the small to medium-sized business environment, primarily in the Tech Industry, both in the United Kingdom and in the USA, his adopted home. He joined TechLink as its CFO in 2016 and recently accepted the role of President to assist the C Team with the continuing growth of the company. David’s approach to business is establishing an environment that causes everyone to succeed. Removing obstacles is part of what he does best. He states that his greatest achievement is bringing up four kids in the Pacific Northwest, and currently resides in Bend, Oregon.

Bobby Kelley

Chief Operating Officer

Since joining TechLink in 2014, Bobby has worked at shaping the operations and project management program into what it is today. After graduating with a degree from the University of Nebraska in Biochemistry, he spent the first part of his career in the vaccine development world before switching to technology in 2010. Bobby was the first TechLink employee in Lincoln and when he is not helping the TechLink team care for their clients, he can be found hacking around the golf course or working with metal.

Tom Scanland

Chief Revenue Officer

Tom brings over 20 years of successful software and services experience to TechLink. He is a bottom line, results-focused executive and passionate sales leader. Tom has a proven track record of managing sales and services teams to consistently deliver over quota results. Being able to balance profitability while delivering exceptional client satisfaction is a trademark of his career. Tom and his family moved to the Pacific Northwest over 11 years ago and love everything Bend has to offer. He enjoys playing golf and tennis with his 2 children.

Ron Zippi

EVP Business Development

Ron has been at the forefront of TechLink’s business development since he joined the company 8 years ago. He started his career in the national deployment arena in the late nineties as a project manager. Ron’s career continued through operations management and general manager positions, culminating with his current position. Ron is dedicated to building strategic long-term partnerships based on TechLink’s quality services, integrity, and superior service delivery. Together with his family, you can find Ron riding, fishing, and hiking in the dunes or at the many lakes and rivers Southern Oregon has to offer.

Albert King

Vice President, Business Development

Albert is a strategic sales professional with a passion for driving value to customers. As a trusted advisor, he invests time and energy to understand customers’ objectives. During his tenure at TechLink Services, his big-picture thinking and relationship building skills have significantly contributed to the company’s tremendous growth. He is currently on the board of directors for Healing Reins. He is passionate about giving back to our community to help children and families with special needs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three sons, and enjoying the outdoors in beautiful Central Oregon.

Teresa Crocker

Vice President, Client Services

Working at our Asheville location for over 5 years, Teresa brings strong project management skills to our operations group. Working in the telecommunication industry for many years, she has a successful history of operations management, Customer Service, voice over IP (VoIP) execution, strategic planning, and business development. She describes herself as very organized and detailed, and a self- motivated individual who loves to achieve goals. Her pride and joy are two beautiful daughters and she loves music, water skiing, and her pets.

Kimberly Sebby

Vice President, Client Services

Kimberly has been with TechLink Services since 2014. Her first role was as a Project Coordinator and since, she has worked her way up to VP of Client Services. Working with a variety of clients nationwide and leading her team members across three different time zones is a challenge she loves taking on every day! A graduate of the University of Nebraska, she brings seven years background in national dispatching, software installation, and tech support. She enjoys cooking/baking, reading, and spending time with her husband and 1-year old little boy doing anything that’s outdoors.

Jay Taber

Vice President, Sales Engineering

Jay has spent over 15 years in the Pro Audio/Video industry, specializing in educational, government, houses of worship and corporate environments. Jay joined the TechLink team in 2013 and spent the first 4 years as a project manager. He is now heading up the Sales Engineering group to assist outside sales on all facets of the technology involved and from one-off installations to large nationwide rollouts. Jay enjoys everything Central Oregon outdoors offers, has a 20-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son, and professes to be the only person in Bend that doesn’t own a dog!

Chris Wagner

Senior Director, Client Services

With 25 years spent in the construction and satellite business, working for companies such as Directv and Dish Network, Chris brings a practical approach to his position managing a team within the operations group. A self-confessed tech nerd he is always awaiting the next shiny toy to appear in the rapidly evolving tech world, so he can play with it. He lists his hobbies as jewel crafting and 3D printing, together with coaching and umpiring high school baseball during his two sons’ school years. Chris is based on the West Coast.

Andrew Archer

Director, Business Development

Andrew is the most recent addition to our business development team. In his words, he “started at the bottom” and during his 3 year, tenure at TechLink has grown tremendously into a team lead role, culminating with a move to his current role. His experience in operations laid solid groundwork for understanding what it takes to bring new customers on board from start to finish while providing the best service possible. Andrew is a proud Idahoan and loves to spend time outdoors with his wife and 2 daughters. He also confesses that If he could do one thing all day every day of the week, it would be golf!

Jane Pierce

Director of Operations

Jane has worked at TechLink Solutions for 1 ½ years. She currently leads our top-notch team of developers to create and enhance web applications for internal and external customers. Jane is a Ramblin’ Wreck from Georgia Tech and has spent the bulk of her career as a project manager /industrial engineer at various large manufacturing companies. Her approach to business has always been to focus on the employees, the customer, and the bottom line, in that order. She has a 19-year-old daughter, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a koi pond to keep her busy. Jane loves hiking with her husband and two dogs, baking, travelling, reading, and enjoying all things Asheville.

James Alexander

Recruiting and Training Manager

James has worked at TechLink’s Asheville office for 2 ½ years as a head of our recruiting department. He is the main point of contact for assisting technicians with the application process, client-specific training, and the TechLink Mobi application. James served in the U.S. Marine Corps. After his military service, he studied business and human resources at the University of Houston. Much of his technical background comes from 10 years of work experience as a network field technician at T-Mobile. In his time away from the office, James enjoys riding his Harley through the mountains of Tennessee and Western North Carolina.
